They match perfectly, and it's a breeze to tow the kayak from the car park to the launch site. Congratulations for another great product from Suspenz! By the way, I own a set of Universal Portable Boat Stands and EZ Rack as well. Love the bright yellow and black looks!
I purchased this cart for my Eddyline Sandpiper 12 Kayak. The cart, with tires removed from the frame and the cart frame folded, all fit easily in the stern hatch. I pull the cart around 300 yards to get to the beach and the cart makes this trek easy.
I love this cart, but when you try to put out Kayak on, the wheels roll and the cart moves out from under the Kayak. It should come with wheel chocks or locking wheels. I use my water shoes for chocks and it works. Other than that, it works perfectly and makes moving the Kayak down to the dock a breeze.
I think it's a perfect match for slimmer and lighter sea kayaks. My hard-chined greenland style kayak's hull matches the SK perfectly. The removable wheels and the compact size of the SK make it easy to be stored inside some of the kayak's dry compartment.
I was looking for a lightweight cart for my 32lbs Stitch-and-Glue plywood kayak. The hull has a pronounced "Vee" deadrise which I was rather concerned whether it will match the SK or not. I decided to go ahead with the order after consulting Suspenz, and I am happy that it fit my kayak perfectly! I like its lightweight, ability to fold and easily stowed into my car's trunk although it will fit into my kayak. But to be fair, it is a rolling Greenland kayak which is not designed to take any payload in the first place. I am using it mostly over asphalt, concrete pavements and mowed lawn which the wheels work well.
