Recently purchased the double up SUP beach cart. On first use I managed to lose one of the o-ring pins that kept one of the wheels on. Totally user error however Suspenz did not offer replacements online so I emailed their customer service. Free of charge they sent me two replacements (along with directions on how to use them so I don't lose these ones). So, good product and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend Suspenz for your storage or cart needs and if you need anything reach out to their excellent customer service.
It always helps when you see a picture of what your boat looks like to know if it works with what you’re buying… I’m very happy to say this works very well bringing my heavy boat down to the water! I did have to bring it up about a 5 inch drop into the boathouse and it started to slide off the cart so make sure it’s buckled down really good!
I recently purchased the Yellowfin rigging station for my Old Town 106 PDL kayak and could NOT be happier! It’s super secure and sturdy when in use, then folds up neatly for storage. A great unit!!
I recently purchased the ‘airless transport cart’ for my elderly father as a birthday gift. From Amazon. Unfortunately, the product that was delivered was pretty oddly damaged and clearly previously opened on the actual packaging from the company, but the outer Amazon box was not. I feel like Amazon just shipped me a pre-sold & returned item, trying to pawn it off as brand new. I tried Amazon customer service first, with very minimal & frustrating responses. So, I called the Suspenz company directly, was connected with an absolutely wonderful person named Sarah. She went above & beyond what I’m used to, with even generally good Amazon customer service experiences, to make sure that my dad is going to get a brand new, undamaged & fully complete version of this product. Sarah provided prompt, thorough responses & solved the problem 100% with no issues or stress or long wait times, annoying hold times or long days of waiting for resolution. I haven’t even given this to dad yet, but I’m absolutely blown away by the personal touch of this company. I have complete faith in them and predict that I’ll be a lifelong customer! They clearly believe in the product and care deeply about the customer experience. I am incredibly impressed. Thank you Sarah, thank you Suspenz. I am an enormous fan of this silent sport, as is my father. I think this product will definitely help keep him going instead of just giving up.
