Shipping to Continental United States:
Orders received before 1pm EST are shipped via FedEx Ground within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Southern California.  If expedited shipping is required, please email us directly at customerservice@suspenz.com for an expedited shipping quote. Expidited Same Day Processing is another option for an extra $25 for orders recieved by 1pm EST M-F.

Please refer to map below for an estimated shipping timeline, however please keep in mind that this does not include the 2 business days needed for order processing.

The Suspenz Team is so happy that you love our products enough to ship them to your location outside of the United States.   In order to process other international, Hawaiian, or Alaskan order please fill out the contact form with the following information:

  1. Your full shipping address
  2. Your entire order

Once we have that information we'll contact you within 1 business day with your shipping cost and can process your order for you.  Please note that we customarily ship FedEx, if you would prefer a different shipping method please note that in your contact form as well.

Simply contact us directly so we can get you the correct rack, part or issue you a Return Authorization (RA).  The shipping charges are non-refundable.  A restocking fee of 15% will apply for returns.   Please obtain an RA before returning items, we will provide you with the shipping address.
