Shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States:
Orders received by 2:30PM EST are shipped via FedEx Ground within the same day (Monday-Friday) from our warehouse in Southern California. If expedited shipping is required, please email us directly at customerservice@suspenz.com for an expedited shipping quote.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or International:

The Suspenz Team is so happy that you love our products enough to ship them to your location outside of the United States.   In order to process other international, Hawaii, or Alaska orders please fill out the contact form with the following information:

  1. Your full shipping address
  2. Your entire order

Once we have that information we'll contact you within 1 business day with your shipping cost and can process your order for you.  Please note that we customarily ship FedEx, if you would prefer a different shipping method please note that in your contact form as well.

Note: Suspenz can only support returns and/or replacement products or parts in the 48 contiguous states.  If you are outside of the 48 contiguous states you will be responsible for shipping costs.

We stand behind our products and will replace any damaged or missing items (within the warranty limits) for ALL Suspenz products.

Need to make a return? No problem, we accept returns up to 60 days from the original purchase date on orders directly from our Suspenz.com website.

To obtain a Return Authorization # (RA# ) email customerservice@suspenz.com, with your order number in the title of the email. Please include the reason for the return and a photo of the box and product. We can send you a pre-paid label OR only the return address with an RA#.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pre-paid return label costs will be deducted from your refund amount. A restocking fee may apply of 10% or more after the item is inspected. All sale items found on our Deals page are final.
