JAY Rack

These work well for my 13' single kayak and 14' double kayak. I purchased free standing brackets for the upper racks so their height is easily adjustable.

Fit & finish are excellent. Very adjustable to fit a variety of boat shapes.

Super easy to install and the shape works perfect for my kayak. Straps are fine, could be better and wish it came in different colors.

These were really easy to install, and helped us keep our garage uncluttered. The bright paint helps me avoid it when pulling into the garage. The straps are plenty strong even for a larger thicker walled kayak.

I ordered this for a single-person kayak that I use for diving. I found this to be a great idea for securely storing a kayak, saving space, and saving time. The straps are adjustable so you can strap in your kayak without it having to be stored hitting the metal frame. However, the metal frames are there just in case and help you get the kayak up before you strap it up. By allowing me to store the kayak on the wall, I am saving a big section of space in the garage. And with this kit, I am saving a lot of time over trying to create my own home depot solution. The powder coat finish is nice and the product looks professional. I would definitely recommend this kit if you want to keep your kayak secure, want to save space, and are okay with the look!

Strong construction. Heavy metal parts. No directions necessary. I plan to buy an additional! I highly recommend this.

These brackets are nice and sturdy for our kayak! I wish they had other color options. I don't exactly mind the yellow color, but I can think of a couple others that would have worked better in our garage. The straps to go over the kayak are a nice security blanket! It's nice having the kayak up off the ground during the off season!

I love the way the supports support your kayak or SUP on straps and not on the hard bars. Protects things and super convenient.

I wasn't sure if this would be the right product for a canoe, but it has worked great! The rack was easy to install, including the helpful video on the website. My 16' canoe sits readily on the straps and is now securely stored against the garage wall with no pressure points. When it's time to go for a rip it's easy to lift the canoe out of the rack. The canoe does have to sit vertically though so make sure you can accommodate the whole width of the boat when mounting. I would definitely recommend this product!

Holds our 14'6" tandem kayak perfectly. Mounted on the garage wall, keeps the kayak easily accessible yet out of our way.

Installs very easily. Following the easy instructions was helpful. Once you adjust the straps for your kayak, it is quite easy to put it in place. As the product description says, your kayak will not touch any metal parts. This is important to me because my kayak is made of a fiberglass/Kevlar composite and I dont want it to get scratched.

Easy assembly. Holds an 88 lb kayak with easy. Feel secure it will not fall out.

This canoe rack is awesome. We used to hang our canoe from the ceiling, but recently moved to a place that is too short for a car and a canoe. Luckily, we found this wall rack. It saved us from storing the canoe outside. The rack is super durable and was very easy to install.

Gets the job done. Fits my 34" wide Jackson Liska fishing kayak with no problems.

Very easy to mount as advertised. The cost is not much more than the hard sided rack (suspends on the metal with padding) so I really suggest spending about $20 extra as this is most likely the only rack you will need. Until you grow your armada of kayaks! Also I did not take their advice about taking a beer break.

I purchased the Suspenz J-style Kayak racks and am very pleased with their quality and performance. They are exposed to the elements year-round in Michigan and have held-up very well, still look new. I cannot say enough good things about the after-the-sale Customer Service (thanks Pam!) as they have been very good about responding to my inquires. An outstanding product made in the USA by a great company!

The Suspenz JAY Rack is easy to install (two screws) and the pair holds my kayak on the wall of my garage just fine. The kayaks are easy to put into the rack and are easily taken out. The strap adjustment is relatively simple and once set it doesn't have to be adjusted. I bought three, one for each of my kayaks. Just don't hang them too high on the wall because it is a bit difficult to lift the kayak over the front "J" part when the rack is too high. I am finding this out the hard way.

Piece of cake to install. Took a little bit of finagling of the velcro to figure out the best "setting" for my specific kayaks, but these things work great. They are outdoor mounted, so we'll see how they hold up to New England weather through the years. So far they have held the 'yaks through some serious wind and rain and doing great.

Very Good racks, nice wide straps and even came with safety straps that buckle insuring that there is no way kayaks can roll off rack from the vertical position. The reason I gave them a 9 was the plastic washer under the screw head cracked on the first one I tightened, maybe it was bad or I like stuff tight - either way I e-mailed Suspenz and they sent 2 in the mail. I just think they would be better in aluminum so you won't have to worry about over tightening the screws. Love the racks and I got fast reply e-mails from company.
