NOTE: These racks are great for Wall Mounting or the Over-Water Dock Mount Frame - They are not good with our Free-Standing Frames due to the 36" length - the Free-Standing Frame bases are only 24",

Shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States:
Orders received before 1pm EST are shipped via FedEx Ground within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Southern California. If expedited shipping is required, please email us directly at customerservice@suspenz.com for an expedited shipping quote. Expedited Same Day Processing is another option for an extra $25 for orders received by 1pm EST M-F.

Simply contact us directly so we can get you the correct rack, part or issue you a Return Authorization (RA). The shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% will apply for returns. Please obtain an RA before returning items, we will provide you with the correct shipping address.
