Suspenz will take care of shipping fees on replacement products and parts. However, customers outside of the 48 contiguous states will be responsible for shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Over the last 30 + years we have bought the expensive racks and frankly, I feel pretty silly right now, in a happy way.
This rack does EVERYTHING (and more) than the "other guys", but is way more "purse friendly".

I actually mounted this rack on a cart so I can tow my kayak with my bicycle and it is perfect in every way. I was so impressed, I immediately ordered a second rack (for another cart) and the best part is, this mounting hardware is so flexible the same rack can go from car-top to bike cart!
