Just What We Needed

Great product. We had it installed by our contractor but he told us it was super easy and intuitive to set up. Our kayaks are now stored on the water which makes I s much easier to get out and enjoy them. Highly recommended.

Well made and easy to install

These are sturdy and were easy to install. Like the padding for our kayaks. Also, the strap is a nice feature as it keeps the kayaks securely in the mounts.

Works with 16' canoe

Easy to install with clear directions. You just need your own drill bit for the pilot holes. Used it to mount a 16' canoe, 36" wide in the center and 19" deep. Velcro straps/buckle fits with a little room to spare & tighten.

Strong, simple, works great!

This item was easy to install following the directions that came in the box. I can now store my kayak safely inside the garage, up & out of the way, yet accessible.

Work perfectly with our tandem kayaks

I read a lot of the reviews before buying these. Our new Perception Rambler tandem kayak is large and heavy. We dont have enough garage space to fit the Big EZ racks. After purchasing these smaller ones, I called the seller customer service to make sure they would work. I was impressed by their helpful service rep on the phone. These racks were easy to install and work perfectly with our kayak!

Super sturdy Rack

This is the 2nd set of racks and this one comfortably holds a 20 tandem sea kayak. I really appreciate the cushioning provided that really protects the kayak as you secure it to the rack.

We used on our tandem 12 foot 75lb kayak. No studs available in garage. We put into concrete wall with concrete screws and gorilla construction adhesive. STURDY!!

Holds Secure on the Wall

These racks are very secure. I have 68 lb. kayaks on these racks. If you mount these on a block or concrete wall i suggest you use 5/16 lag shields with a 1/2 hole. 3 inch 5/16 lag bolts work great. The only negative on these racks is my kayaks are 34 inches wide and the safety straps are not functional because the connection ends up behind my kayaks. However, they sit securely without straps.

Sturdy and Easy to Install

I bought two pair to hang two kayaks on 4" x 4" posts outdoors by the river. They seem to be quite sturdy and hold the kayaks solidly. They were easy to install. I did pre-soap the screws and pre-drilled the holes. I did not have any issues with stripping the heads. I've only had them for a few weeks, so I can't comment on how well they will hold up to the elements. But based on appearances, I believe they will do well. I recommend these kayak racks!
