To start a return, fill out the Suspenz Return Request Form.

Suspenz will take care of shipping fees on replacement products and parts. However, customers outside of the 48 contiguous states will be responsible for shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 15% fee.

    The boat rests in the Suspenz Sling with two straps over the cockpit and one over the bow to keep it secure while in tow.

    Quick-Release pneumatic 18" wheels with sealed bearings for a smooth ride at speeds up to 15 mph. Wheels remove easily for compact storage.

    A Quick-Release flexible coupler & bike receiver make connecting & disconnecting from standard bikes fast and simple

(Wheel Hubs and Axles are made from steel, so they will rust in saltwater spray environments. We strongly recommend using and maintaining your rack with Boeshield T-9 Rust & Corrosion Protection Spray)
