Orders received before 1pm EST are shipped via FedEx Ground within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Southern California. If expedited shipping is required, please email us directly at customerservice@suspenz.com for an expedited shipping quote. Expedited Same Day Processing is another option for an extra $25 for orders received by 1pm EST M-F.

Once we have that information we'll contact you within 1 business day with your shipping cost and can process your order for you. Please note that we customarily ship FedEx, if you would prefer a different shipping method please note that in your contact form as well.

Simply contact us directly so we can get you the correct rack, part or issue you a Return Authorization (RA). The shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% will apply for returns. Please obtain an RA before returning items, we will provide you with the correct shipping address.
