Shipping & Policies

Shipping to Continental United States:
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground within 2 business days from our warehouse in Southern California.  If expedited shipping is required, please email us directly at customerservice@suspenz.com for an expedited shipping quote.  Expedited shipping is not included with our flat rate $5.95 shipping cost.  Please refer to map below for an estimated shipping timeline, however please keep in mind that this does not include the 2 business days needed for order processing.

 

Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping Information:
To ship Suspenz products to Alaska, Hawaii, or International destinations please visit our International Shipping Page and fill out the form.  

Warranty:
All Suspenz products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship to the original owner.  Product must be used for its intended purpose under normal conditions.  Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for damages or failures that occur as a result of improper assembly or failure to adjust and operate the carts & racks correctly (per manual).  Any unauthorized alterations or improper assembly damage will void any warranty.

Return Policy:
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!!!  Suspenz, Inc. will make it RIGHT!
Simply contact us directly so we can get you the correct rack, part or issue you a Return Authorization (RA).  The shipping charges are non-refundable.  A restocking fee of 15% will apply for returns.   Please contact us for a RA before returning items, we will provide you with the shipping address.  866-SUSPENZ (787-7369) or returns@suspenz.com
