Most anglers dread fishing Yellow Creek, and honestly, I don't blame them. The last time KALH held a tournament there, only four anglers in the entire field managed to catch a full limit.

The reality is that society often places little value on people over 50 and even less on older women. The "successful retirement" stories featured in magazines usually showcase people with unlimited financial freedom, perfect health, and endless smiles.

Fishing was my passion. I was spending more time and money on fishing than anything I ever had in my life. From the bank, on my johnboat, or in my sit in Sun Dolphin Kayak, I just couldn’t get enough.
